This respiratory update provides the very latest evidence based research and updates in management of respiratory conditions.Sue Cross who is a well known figure in the nursing world provides an update in asthma and allergies. COPD is expertly covered by Dave Burns of Liverpool's Aintree Hospital. In addition, an inhaler advice session is included by Jon Bell, a well known expert in inhalers. This online respiratory update module follows hot on the heels of the cervical sample taker's update module which is first of the Nurse Online Workshops for cervical sample takers. It aims to target all sample takers. Although the update series is aimed primarily at nurses any health professional, including doctors, may purchase a place and this is particularly relevant for the online module for cervical sample takers. With the support of various cancer screening commissioners and medical consultants the project has been met with real enthusiam and is seen as an excellent means of saving valauble time out of practice as well as enabling sample takers to remain updated.
