The respiratory e-vouchers are currently available at price of £50.00 each plus VAT. You can buy e-vouchers by credit/debit card, cheque or using a purchase order. We will send your e-voucher codes by email once we have verified your payment. Please allow 24 hours in order for your unique code to be generated.

If your e voucher has expired and you need to reactivate it, a 25% administration charge will apply plus vat.

Once you have requested your e-vouchers using the form above we will wait to receive your payment before sending your e-voucher(s).
On receipt of the appropriate fee the applicant will be sent their e-voucher code(s) by email.
